"Ipsalu, a method for maintaing Bliss was developed by Bodhi Avinasha, founder of Tantrika International,www.ipsalutantra.org. Bodhi and her mentor, Sunyata Saraswati, co-authored the Tantric text: Jewel in the Lotus. Bodhi went on to evolve the Tantra Kriya work, recognizing the cosmic importance of feeling states and matters of the heart.
Ipsalu is a blend of Babaji Nagaraj's Tantric Kriya Yoga and Osho Rajneesh's body oriented, celebration of life.
The rest of the Ipsalu system has come mostly from Taoist and Tibetan sources, and from lessons in the school of life.
All together they produce a synthesis that works well in the unique energies of our time. This body of work is an accelerated path to higher consciousness.
